• Service address, pet information, and access notes you share so we can provide cleaning
• Invoice, payment, and review information related to your account

We also collect limited technical information when you use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

• Respond to quote requests and schedule cleaning
• Create and send invoices, receipts, and payment links
• Process payments through Venmo or Stripe
• Enter and clean your home safely using access notes you provide
• Improve the website and understand which pages are useful

Access codes, gate information, and similar notes are stored for providing service. They are not printed on customer invoices.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on this website. Stripe’s use of personal information is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in to admin, remember a visitor identifier for our own analytics, and measure website use.

We use Google Analytics to understand traffic to public pages. Google’s processing of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Quote forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam. reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the business, including with:

• Payment processors (Stripe, Venmo) when you pay an invoice
• Email delivery services when we send invoices, receipts, or replies
• Website hosting and analytics providers that process data on our behalf

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our customers or our business.

How long we keep information

We keep customer, invoice, and payment records as long as needed to provide service, keep accurate books, and meet tax and legal requirements. Quote requests that are not followed up on may be marked expired after 30 days, but we may still retain the original request.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also opt out of review reminder emails by contacting us.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
